Duomo Museum Florence

Really impressed by the new Museo del Duomo in Florence.  Fabulous modern exhibition which manages  to make old stones look gorgeous (not to put too fine a point on it).  I never expected to find sacred art this enjoyable.  The life-size replica facade of the original cathedral is impressive,  There's something for everyone because the ticket includes climbing the Dome, which the children loved.  It was really, really wet when we got up there, but the view was worth it!
