Bathroom : shower, wash basin, bidet, wc

Living room (consisting in open plan sitting area, dining area and kitchen) : two person sofa, armchair, large dining table with 6 chairs, kitchen (electric oven, four ring gas hob, sink, fridge). Concealed washing machine.

Terrace (south facing) : table and chairs for outside dining. Two deck chairs.

Air-conditioning fitted - if used, electricity consumption is charged according to meter readings using the supplier's own rates.

With efficient autonomous central heating, Vista is also appropriate for winter stays.
