Pricing 2011

All prices are per rental unit per night.

Deposit : To confirm the booking a 40% deposit is required in advance with the balance payable before or on arrival. The deposit is refunded if the booking is cancelled with more than 21 days' notice. If it is cancelled with less than 21 days' notice or the guests fail to arrive or shorten their stay, the deposit cannot be refunded.

Utilities : Water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price except for ALBA, VILLA , VISTA and ANTICA when you opt to use airconditioning. In this case the electricity consumption will be charged according to meter readings applying the supplier's own prices.

Bed and Bath Linens : Are included in the price. Changed weekly. We will specify the number of guests for whom linens will be supplied in our quotation to you.

Final Cleaning : Prices shown are include final cleaning. In the case of Cipresso there is a final cleaning supplement for stays of 4 nights or less.
